British wine critic Jancis Robinson had this to say about Sentio's Prosecco Brut:
"Good ring of froth and a slightly soapy nose with a little note of white blossom. A bit more interest on the palate. Some cobnut and unsalted pistachio with very gentle white peach through the middle. A touch of well-judged residual sugar. I wouldn’t go so far as to say complex but this is a very commendable entry-level Prosecco."
