British wine critic Jancis Robinson had this to say about Sentio's Prosecco Valdobbiadene Extra Dry:
"Lots of big frothy bubbles when this is first poured. Smells quite herbal, green apples. The froth settles down much more quickly than it does on the Brut, and apart from a burst of prickliness in the first couple of seconds, it barely registers on the tongue. Oddly, this also tastes sweeter than the Brut, the green herbaceousness seeming at odds with the apple-juice sweetness running in parallel."
